We are now looking for Mechanical Engineers with 3 plus years of experience for our affiliated company in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate new product concepts.
- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Participate in design reviews and offer valuable insights to improve the overall product quality.
- Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues during development or production phases.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/Inventor/Creo/Catia/AutoCAD) and a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex problems.
- Expertise in Sheet metal, welded steel structure, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Proactive and multitasking capabilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of PDM systems (e.g., Windchill/Enovia) is a plus.
